About Me

I am a qualified counsellor working as a private practitioner in South Woodford, East London, E18. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My work is underpinned by the BACP’s Ethical Framework.
My previous clinical experience has ranged from working within the NHS, Charity mental health organisations such as MIND, and with students at a London based University. This has provided me with the opportunity to work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of psychological difficulties in life.

I offer a safe and confidential space for my clients who are lacking direction, experiencing motivational related struggles and need someone qualified to talk to.
I aim to help my clients understand and process their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and facilitate them in gaining some sense of self-understanding and perspective going forward.

I specialise in working with individual adult (18+) student clients and offer short-term therapy which we can discuss upon our initial 50 minute meeting. During our initial meeting you will have the opportunity to talk about your difficulties that have brought you to therapy and hopefully gain a sense of whether I am the right counsellor for you.
As we have now come out of the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions have eased, I am now able to offer some in person sessions, and I am continuing to deliver telephone and online video counselling. Please contact me to discuss this.
